VOX wishes to play an important educational role with a broad public by facilitating accessibility to contemporary art and multiplying exchanges between the art and education milieus. VOX is organizing discussion forums for students on the issues raised by art practices and the organization of exhibitions. In the near future, an interactive educational interface on our Web site will offer an educational supplement on the contemporary image.
For its current exhibitions, VOX organizes guided tours free of charge adapted to the ages, interests, and knowledge of students, or in relation to the academic program.
Secondary School
VOX offers a short guided tour of the exhibition that allows younger students to find out about the theme, technique, and/or style of the artists in the exhibition. The guided tour offers familiarization with contemporary art.
Collegue, Cegep and University
VOX offers in-depth guided tours of the current exhibition and a short introduction to artist-run centres.
The tours are free by reservation only. Tuesdays to Fridays starting at 10:00 AM Duration: 30 min. to 1 h
